The official definition describes peace as the absence of war or a state of inner equanimity and ease. But we all have very different perceptions/images of it in our head. On this evening, space shall be created for all this: individual definitions of peace, personal stories and messages of people from different crisis regions, unusual perspectives, Syrian songs of love and peace, evocative public actions, discussions and exchange. The journalist and activist Salah Zater invites to this multi-perspective and multi-media event for which he brings together artists, friends, scientists and activists, who are trying to create peace for their war-torn home countries. On this evening they want to not only dream but above all come and work together to make peace come true.
